The Evening School of Erlang is a series of Erlang classes designed to bring together developers interested in programming in Erlang as well as making a career switch to Erlang along with companies who are looking to recruit bright developers and architects all across the U.S. The first Evening School of Erlang is scheduled in NextSpace Union Square, San Francisco from the 8th of Jan’ 2013 to the 30th Jan’2013.

The Munich Erlang Factory Lite 2013  will be held on the 19th of February and is organised in collaboration with Pavlo Baron.The full day conference will bring another opportunity to meet up and review innovative projects and solutions related to Erlang programming laguage and will include elements of NoSQL and Riak. 

Roberto Aloi will give the talk  "Erlang and the Cloud"  at the special edition of the Codemotion conference - held in Venice on the 17th of November 2012.

Erlang Solutions is part of a consortium that has been awarded a 3.39 million Euro grant for the ‘Prowess’ project – a research into Property-based testing of Web services.

The main theme of the meeting will be 'Embedded systems', and Omer Kilic will give a talk on using Erlang for bringing concurrency to multi-core embedded systems.
