Mateusz Starański

Mateusz started his journey with Erlang in 2025. Mateusz has been working in the telecommunication and IT industry since 2001. He specializes in Business Development, focusing on building sales plans, deal management, and complex negotiations with Tier 1 Carriers and Mobile Network Operators. His experience includes roles such as Business Development Manager at Next Mobile (from I.2019) and management positions at Tata Communications, Vimpelcom International Services, and Orange Polska. He has extensive experience in managing complex projects, often between several companies as key stakeholders, and works in Agile projects as a product architect.
