Supported Environments

The following table lists the Erlang/OTP platforms currently supported by ESL. In our standard Support Plans if your platform is not listed below then any Erlang/OTP errors need to be reproducible in one of these environments. If this is not achievable then ESL will provide support on a Time and Materials basis.

Please note: if it is not otherwise stated the Business Plan covers only the 32 bit architecture, and the 64 bit architecture is covered in the Enterprise Plan.
