How it works

Most of the positions are either permanent or contracting. At times we also hire people on a temporary basis to work for the consulting branch of Erlang Solutions. When we have a requirement from a client, we post the ad on this site and start the search for the right profile. If your CV matches the requirements, we will contact you by phone to discuss the current opening.

All information is handled confidentially. Your details will only be sent to our client after we have contacted you and you have confirmed that you would like to be put forward for the position. If the assignment is local, we will arrange to meet with you. If not, one of our main objectives will be to arrange an interview between you and our client. Our goal is ultimately for you to be offered the position.

Fees

We do not charge applicants anything for filling a permanent or temporary position. This cost, which is nominal compared to the costs of a mainstream recruitment agency, is paid by employers. If Erlang Solutions employs you for consulting and contracting jobs, our fee will depend on the length and type of contract. Our fees are very competitive.
