Erlang Solutions delivered the first training course for the American market in 2001 and has since expanded its customer base providing services to private individuals and blue chip companies alike. We often speak at US/Canadian conferences and show up at user group meetings.
We offer scheduled courses at all levels in the Bay Area, Chicago, New York and Boston. If the trainer who might best suit your needs is not based in America, it is not a problem. For bespoke training on client premises on the American continent, travel time and travel costs are on us if we receive the formal order four weeks in advance! Other services include staffing of your Erlang projects, consulting services, in-house systems development and 24/7 support. Thanks to our broad experience and wide range of consultants in Erlang/OTP, we are able to provide services that fully meet your expectations.

ErlangUniversity and ErlangCamp - 9 - 13 August, Boston
ErlangCamp is all about writing real-world production software in Erlang/OTP. ErlangCamp is hosted by a group of experienced Erlang/OTP experts that have put massive amounts of Erlang/OTP code into production over many years. They will teach you the techniques, tools and even the pitfalls of dealing with Erlang/OTP in the real world. When you leave you will be an Erlang/OTP expert!
In the 3 days prior to the ErlangCamp, there will be and ErlangUniversity, which will offer an in depth, hands-on approach to learning. With a maximum of 12 people per course there is the opportunity to go into much more detail and receive direct feedback and help on exercises from the trainers.

Erlang Express – Have a good grasp of Erlang before the camp begins to allow you to hit the ground running.
OTP Express - in a small group of only 12 people grasp the theory behind OTP
XMPP with Erlang and ejabberd - Or for something completely different, from XMPP expert and author Jack Moffit, learn how to use, configure and extend the ejabberd XMPP server and the exmpp client library.
Each course will be taught by a subject matter expert to give you the best learning experience possible.

OSCON, 25-27 July - Portland, USA
The O’Reilly Open Source Convention, happening July 25-29, 2011 in Portland, OR, at the Oregon Convention Center, is the crossroads of all things open source. They assemble the best, brightest, and most interesting people to explore what’s new and to champion open source adoption across the computing industry. Participants from the vast, diverse community will come together to learn, collaborate, and inspire each other. Francesco Cesarini, Erlang Solutions Technical Director, will be presenting a talk on Building Reliable Client-Server Applications in Erlang.
